The most common type of timber used in the Roofing Industry is OSB board (Oriented Strand Board), used for load bearing applications in construction work. The OSB Boards can also be used for other applications such as timber frames, sheathing and flooring.

We stock 11mm 2.44mtr x 1.2mtr over board and 18mm 2.44mtr x 0.6mtr T&G Sheets.

Batten

Roof Battens also known as roof tile battens, are pieces of timber that are laid over the rafters. These are used for securing roof felt to, as well as providing fixing points for tiles and slates.
